Nepali products including Pashmina shawls, tea and handicraft items have been promoted in Bahrain.
According to the Nepali embassy in Manama, the products were recently marketed by participating for the first time in the International Embassy Bazaar organised by the Children and Mother’s Welfare Society of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Sheikh Lulwa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, a royal member of Bahrain, was present as a special visitor and studied the Nepali items closely. She also purchased Nepalese goods such as tea, pashmina, and other items.
According to a statement released by the Embassy, the guests were given promotional materials to encourage them to visit Nepal.
