Massive fire broke out at a chemical factory in Bhaktapur

A fire broke out at United Chemical Pvt. Ltd. in Nikosera of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality-6. A fire broke out at a factory which used to make sanitizer, soap, hard pick and glycerin on Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The fire has completely damaged the factory tent. The fire was extinguished with the help of Bhaktapur, Nepal Police and Armed Police Force.

According to proprietor Arjun Shrestha the fire caused a loss of Rs. 7 million.
